In-source Marketing & Communications
To help companies with their public relations and integrated communications needs, Trippe & Company loans out personnel for three or six month assignments as vice presidents of marketing, directors of communications or directors of marketing communications. Budgets are project based and are typically lower than standard hourly rates for the same services.
The agency only allows team members with more than 10 years of experience to in-source as assignments typically involve building a department from scratch and creating all the critical programs and measurement tools.

Bio
Elisabeth Monaghan
Position: Director of Communications, Director of Marketing Communications
Bio: With more than 20 years of experience, Elisabeth has provided marketing communications and public relations to technology and consumer businesses. The youngest of six “spirited” and talkative children, Elisabeth learned from the get-go that it required critical listening, writing and speaking skills for one’s message to be heard.
Before joining the Trippe & Company team, Elisabeth helped launch the public relations function for KB Home, where she served as the public relations director for KB Home New Mexico. Elisabeth also served as the public information officer for the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority (MFA), which is the state-designated housing agency for that state. In addition to conducting the strategic communication and public relations activities for the MFA, Elisabeth coordinated the New Mexico Governor’s Housing Summit, which was the agency’s most successful event in its 30-year history.
The majority of Elisabeth’s experience has been with technology companies, including StorageTek, MCI, and PST Inc, a telecommunications company that was later acquired by MCI. While with the Hoffman Agency, Elisabeth managed the public relations teams serving a number of Silicon Valley-based technology companies
Elisabeth graduated suma cum laude from Regis University, with a B.A. in Communication. In her spare time, she manages TheHauteFlashSite.com, a Web site targeted at Baby Boomer women.
