The cost for attendance is $25 per person.</p>
<p>The seminar will help professional people understand the power of the personal branding and how it can propel someone to the top of their company or industry. Activities will include writing a branding statement and creating brand attributes, locating non-profits that fit your brand strategy and reflecting your brand through clothing, hair and makeup, speech and presentation. The seminar is being presented by Karla W. Trippe, president of Trippe &amp; Company and a 25-year branding expert.</p>

<p>Entrants will be asked to write a 300-word explanation as to why they want to radiate and how this program can help them to reach their professional goals. <p>Trippe &amp; Company will launch the “Do You Radiate” contest during Serenity Salon’s Annual Cut-A-Thon, to be held on Sunday, November 7 from 12:00 – 4:00 at the salon’s Five Parks location. Serenity Salon will offer manicures, pedicures, haircuts and chair massages for $25 that day with all proceeds going to the Ralston House, a children’s advocacy center to help abused children.</p>
<p>Trippe &amp; Company will also donate 5% of all sales of Doncaster clothing made from November 7-12 to Ralston House. Trippe &amp; Company will have samples from the Doncaster fall and winter lines at the Serenity Salon Cut-A-Thon along with entry forms for the “Do You Radiate?” contest. The agency’s <strong>Escalate</strong> practice offers services for each department in an organization including finance, communications, marketing, sales and human resources. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>WESTMINSTER, CO – August 18, 2009 – Trippe &#038; Company LLC (www.trippecompany.com) today announced the company has designed a new logo for the Ralston Valley Pom Squad and donated it to the team. </p>

<p>“The agency does so much work in the technology industry that we often need a different creative challenge,” said Trippe &#038; Company president Karla Trippe. “Being a former Pom girl myself, I understand how important this type of sport can be to helping girl’s maintain a positive self-image. We really enjoyed the opportunity to work on this project of this type.”</p>
<p>While the Ralston Valley Pom Squad uses the Mustang school logo on all its uniforms, Trippe &#038; Company felt the group needed a logo that provided instant and powerful recognition of the organization, clearly reflected its mission and message and differentiated it from other spirit squads.</p>
<p>The logo design was inspired by poms, pony tails, and poses typically performed in routines. “Ps” were incorporated to make the body of the girl. Geometric shapes were also used so the logo would be easy to replicate in multiple formats &#8211; including embroidery.</p>
<p>“We were thrilled that Karla offered her agency’s services to our squad,” said Ralston Valley Pom Squad leader Kristen Diebel. “We see the logo as another way to help us bond as a team. We are excited to begin using it and will officially launch our new logo in the Ralston Valley School Directory which is co-sponsored by the Cheerleading and Pom Squads.”</p>

Unlike other Denver-area public relations firms, Trippe &#038; Company’s practice will include all of the online activities that help drive prospects through the buying cycle such as blogging, website development and flash videos. </p>
<p>“As an agency founded in the technology industry, we take a somewhat different view of social media that other Denver-area firms,” said Trippe &#038; Company president Karla Trippe. “We don’t view Twitter, Facebook and other technology-driven communications as something new. We have been communicating through message boards and managing brands online for years. What has changed is the speed with which non-media outlets have superseded traditional media and the need for companies to be savvy about which communication method works best for a particular message or product.”</p>

The full-service communications agency has recently relocated its headquarters from Summit County to the Denver Metro area. </p>
<p>“This is an ideal time to move our headquarters to the Denver area,” said President Karla W. Trippe.”  Given the current state of the economy, more companies are reducing their marketing and communications budgets, which can mean a reduction in public relations and strategic communications staff. In economic downturns, companies often forget that market compression is the perfect time to build market share.
